Calling MS

So, when will I be able to get through to MS? I need to change something on our March ressie, and ask if our new contract is in the system. It's been busy all day every day, due to holiday bookings.

On a side note, I just checked out the rack rate for a two bedroom at OKW in March, $680! With the cost of our points, we're paying about $180 a night. Gotta love DVC! Diana

Glad to hear you finally got through....it does take some patience. If you have a situation where you don't want to keep calling but can wait for an answer, you can always use e-mail to reach MS.
