Calling espresso lovers...

My dad is a supreme coffee snob and I have finally convinced him to try one trip to Disney with us in the spring. The coffee factor could make or break this week, lol. He is old school and won't drink coffee out of a paper cup. He likes his espresso or cappuccino morning and afternoon, even evening. Can anyone point me to where I can send him to get espresso in a "for-here" proper cup? I don't mind waiting with him and he is good doing just the shot from the espresso cup, it doesn't have to be a sit down event. Any advice is much appreciated!

Preferably, I would have an option for him for all four parks. And anywhere in the Boardwalk area. I am fine with Starbucks and brewed coffee so I've never looked for non-takeout espresso, and Google wasn't helpful...

The whole proper cup thing is throwing me! I was prepared to talk about the coffee carts and Starbucks location, but all those serve in paper cups. A table service restaurant might be your only option for a proper cup.

I'm a big cappuccino drinker. I don't like the coffee brewed at WDW, but I like the cappuccinos from the cappuccino machines. Several restaurants have espresso/cappuccino machines. I know I've had one at 1900 Park Fare, Tony's, Via Napoli. Also, Pop Century has one, as well as the Club Lounges at Contemporary, Grand Floridian, and Beach Club. Pop Century has paper cups, though. The cafe in France has one too, as well as the crepe stand in World Showcase, but both in paper cups.

At most of the sit down restaurants it will be served in a ceramic cup. Since none of the Starbucks in a park offer sit down areas they don't stick the ceramic cups. However, the Disney springs location should. You can ask for it in a for here cup (might have to say ceramic) and they should have it as every company owned and operated Starbucks is required to have ceramic cups in their back house just in case a customer asks.

Oddly he could also carry his own and clip it to a bag and just rinse it between uses. He would have to pour it from the paper to the ceramic himself though thus defeating the whole purpose.

Be sure to swing by Kona Cafe at the Poly for breakfast one morning. They use Kona coffee & in my experience it's the best coffee in WDW. I'm from Seattle, so it's hard to get by without a mocha in the morning. Before Starbucks (which is passable) came to the parks, Kona was the only thing that got me by. And the food at Kona is amazing too!

These are great suggestions, thanks to all who have responded!

I was also thinking he could bring his own cup, lol. I wonder if these places would pour the shot into it if he gave it to them? I hadn't remembered the crepe stand, and I think he'd like anything from Italy Pavilion but I'm not sure what they have to-go. I do have Kona on the list for him, at least for a coffee!

The Beach Club Marketplace menu says they serve espresso and cappuccino, but I am leery, lol. Has anyone had it there?

At the buffets, I assume it's extra to order espresso instead of brewed coffee?
