I just listed some auctions today, and I noticed that the clipart I use to enhance my listing is not displaying. It's just got the big box with the X in it. It seems that it showed once when I previewed my auctions, and now it's not showing in the live auctions. Is there a reason for this? I checked the clip art on my photo server, and it's displaying there. Please help explain, or my auctions are gonna look dumb.

I assume you are using Seller's Assistant?

When you upload the clipart from seller's assistant, the title of the clipart is in all caps (usually). If your HTML in your listing doesn't have the title portion of the URL EXACTLY as it is loaded on to your server it won't show up.

Example:

http://www.mysite.com/pics/CLIPART.GIF

You should change the title of the clipart on your server to match your HTML so you won't have to go through this everytime.

Example:

http://www.mysite.com/pics/clipart.gif

Does that make sense?

If that doesn't work, you may need to delete the clipart off your server and reload. Also make sure your server supports linking, some places such as image station won't let you link to photos, etc.

PM me if you need more help.
