So what happens if it rains all day on your cabana rental day? Do they cancel the rental? Do you get charged?

Just wondering. I don't want to cancel, but it's showing on the internet that it's going to rain on my rental day. But I am going to have faith and consider that it will not rain!:D

I can't help. But, I just noticed your counter is at 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!! Have fun! (We leave in 45.)

SpideyHulk - I just made cabana res the other day and was told that cancellations must be called in to the fitness center before they close at 9PM the night prior - you could wait until the day before and get a more reliable local weather forecast before you cancel. In Jan we had one very rainy morning and we hadn't cancelled, but the sun came out bright and (somewhat for Jan) hot just after lunch, so we ended up being glad we had our cabana after all!
You're going to love cabana # 10 - it is so cool and the location can't be beat !! - Enjoy! :smooth:

Are you staying club level? I'm hoping you come back with more positive reports than others have lately !

you pay or cancel morning of your ressie

do not pay in advance

we went down to fitness center each morn bout 8 to pay & fill fridge with baby formula

request soda u like & take with you at end of day

Do they close the pools if it rains?? Would you have to pay then?

Maggie

Spidey call the fitness centre at HRH and ask them what happens that way at least u know :jester:

Maggiew, the pools only close if there is lightning in the immediate area. We saw people swimming around during a rainy afternoon....no lightning though.

Spideyhulk, we only had a completely rainy day on the day we arrived. Most of the storms are later in the afternoon...different than last year though because the sky didn't stay clear for long after the first rain around 3 or 4. Instead, it would clear for about 15 min. and start again. We did have a couple of days with no rain though.

At RPR, I reserved a cabana 2 days before we planned to use it. I had to pay in order to hold the ressie. When I asked about a refund in case it rained that day, I was told I'd have to cancel the night before. We didn't get rained out.
