For those of you who obsess like me, are you thinking about your ADR's yet? I know we have to wait 90 days before to call, but Dh and I are already browsing menus and deciding on where we want to eat. Anyone else? What new things are you looking to try? We think we want to do Chefs de France this trip and maybe Boma. Share your ideas, I would like to hear them...:thumbsup2

We are going the end of September and I just booked my flights yesterday (got a great deal). I have looked at all the menus and hoping to finally be able to book Chef Mickey. We want to try some new restaraunts this time and are looking forward to the Food and Wine Festival as well as MNSSH. I need to get DH on the ball and check out the menus too. We want to try the Whispering Canyon Cafe too. Got to love the dining plan.:woohoo:

:) Oh, yes! We are going in late Sept. (booked a bouncback with free dining) and have decided to double up our TS ressies and do a few more signature restaurants this trip. Possibly looking at California Grill, Narcoosees, Yachtsman Steakhouse. We like to set aside one day to eat/drink our way around the world, too. :woohoo:

We went to Whispering Canyon last year. It was a lot of fun. The food was very down home and simple, but good. We're doing MNSHHP too and I wanted to eat somewhere where the characters dress up.

Oh, yes, count me in on thinking about September meals. We have Free Dining bounceback, so, yes...the obsessing has begun.:dance3:

Oh yeah, we've definitely got all our adr's in mind that we're hoping to get. As for new places, we're going to try Crystal Palace (dinner), The Plaza & Teppan Edo. I don't know about you guys, but we wish the old 180 day adr policy was still in effect - this time last year we already had all of our adrs made - it's really killing us OCD planners.

Obsesser over here! I am going in April too and so I want to try a TON of new restaurants this year.
I was thinking:
Teppan Edo
Narcoosees
Sanaa

???? What do you think

Wow you all have a lot of good suggestions. I too wish the 180 ressies were still in effect. It's torture! lol

Yes! I am totally trying to figure out our ADRs (of course, I'm doing this ADR planning based on the fervent hope that FD will be offered!). Thankfully, I won't have to call myself to make the ADRs (our awesome travel agent will do that for me!), but I do have to figure out what ADRs I want

- Whispering Canyon dinner (6ish)
- Tusker House breakfast (as early as possible)
- Flame Tree for dinner (possibly will bring this back to the hotel with us)
- Crystal Palace breakfast (as early as possible)
- Columbia Harbour House dinner (whenever we get hungry)
- Sci-Fi Dine-In dinner (6ish)
- Biergarten dinner (6ish)
- Chefs de France dinner (6ish)
- O'Hana breakfast (9:00am)
- Earl of Sandwich or WPE for late lunch

Whatcha think?

I just wanted to say have a great time, have fun and enjoy in your upcoming trip. Looking forward in hearing more from you after you came back. How I wish I could join all of you. :sad2:

Have a nice and safe trip coming. :)

We are going Sept. 4th. I will be so relieved when the 90 days come. I swear everyday I am looking at my list second guessing my plans.

Yep! We started seriously looking at them this week. It's really difficult because aside from when we went for a day trip this past summer, I haven't been to Disney since 1990 and the fiance hasn't been since the late 80s.

So far, we KNOW we're going to

- Raglan Road
- Primetime Cafe
- Ohana

We have the DDP for 8 days, so we're trying to work out everything else. Most of the places I'd like to go are at different resorts, but since I don't know how difficult/easy it is to get from one to another, I don't want to overwhelm myself.

Some of the others we're thinking about are
- Whispering Canyon
- The Wave
- Le Cellier
- Cape May
- Jiko
- California Grill
- San Angel Inn

Hahha I finally don't feel so crazy after all! I had my vacation planned in January for September! :rotfl2: Everyone in my party has never been to Disney World except me and I have only been once when I was a teenager. These are our plans so far.

Magic Kingdom
Ohana's
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe

Epcot
Coral Reef
Sunshine Seasons

Animal Kingdom
Yak & Yeti
Flame Tree BBQ

MGM
Sci-Fi Dinner
Toy Story Pizza Planet OR
Studio Catering Co

Downtown Disney
Planet Hollywood
Wolfgang Puck Express

Only 100 days till I can make ADRs!

My first time at Disney in Sept. Here's my thoughts though.
Prime time
Chef Mickey
Park Fare dinner with the princesses
That leaves me 1 ts meal and not sure about that one yet

Hi Doris,
What about Tony's on the night you do MNSSHP? That way you are already in the park. The Crystal Palace is also very good. The characters from Winnie the Pooh are there.

Alright, we went over it last night, and I think we have all our restaurants

- Raglan Road
- 'Ohana
- Yachtsmen Steakhouse
- Cape May
- Prime Time Cafe
- Rose and Crown
- Whispering Canyon

The fiance is kind of a picky eater, so I had to work around that but I feel like he'll enjoy all of these. And the only one I've been to is Prime Time Cafe, which I love.

Now to figure out which day we're doing each...

Count me in!! We can make our ADR's on June 15th, and I'm SOOOO ready!! I already got the ADR's for May, so that's not a biggie. In May, it's a quick trip, so we're doing dinner at Kona, and breakfast at Crystal Palace. The highlights for Sept that we wanna hit are Kona, Coral Reef, Tony's and Crystal Palace for dinner! I also wanna try Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch, they look like they got some good stuff for CS, we may try that in May!!

Gosh, I haven't even thought about it yet. I just booked my June birthday breakfast. Guess I better be thinking about it more. We prefer breakfast to lunch or dinner, but I really want to try Coral Reef. I think we may try Cape May Cafe breakfast, didn't like the dinner much, guess because I wasn't feeling well at the time and my cousin's children were running amuck :confused3. I think maybe Tusker House breakfast as well.
