I have a XT day today - going to try to blow up my exercise ball and do some work on that..

Tomorrow is my 6 mi. day on the TM, i am a lil' nervous!!

XT for me too. I rode a stationery bike. I'm also nervous about my 6 miles tomorrow. I was able to do the 3 miles last Saturday in 48 minutes 15 seconds. I'm not sure if I'll be able to maintain that pace for 6 miles though.

I did 4 miles last weekend (since i was sick and missed the week before) in about 59 min.

Oooh!!! I think I might like mine like that too!! Would folks "recognize" me if I were "Christine" instead of "IMGONNABE40!"? Truth be told...I am actually 45!!! You can see my join date is 2003. I found the DIS when I was helping my DH plan my 40th birthday at Universal. Who knew I'd still be here 5 years later? Oh, and when this issue came up before, I got that tag over there...

He recommends I cut back on the miles, stretch, ice and take ibuprofen. It should go away within a week. If not I need to go get a cortisone shot.

There is some new stretchy iron-on's now. I haven't tried them yet but that might be your best bet for the Tech shirt.

Caitsmama, could I have one with my name "Vicki" in the crown in black and Disney Yooper in Pink inside the Mickey ears. However, I would like the 2 words to be inside the Mickey ears. I want to cut out around the ears so I can iron it on a shirt.

I also would like to change my DIS userid. Most people have no idea what UP Disney means. It stands for Upper Peninsula (or U.P.) Disney. Some have thought it meant something derogatory.

You want live chat Christine..I've just gotten in a little while ago after spending almost 5 hours with a dying grandma (96). We had some tough times then she "woke up". There was only 3 people in the room, but we were have "a six way conversation"...her words. Other family members, past and present , were with us. It was a party as she said..best she had been all day. Then "they" left and it was time to play bridge-yes just the two of us playing a card game designed for 4 people. At was nice seeing her so happy after a hard day.

Now I'm here to see how all the princesses are doing. Stacy is busy designing while the rest of us wind down for our week. I guess some are getting ready to run tomorrow-if you are around good luck to all.

I just wanted to share this b/c I'm so excited. But originally, I was just going to the Princess by myself for a couple of days staying at CBR. But with the 4/3 deal and it coinciding with my graduate school spring break, we are now going as a family and staying at WILDERNESS LODGE for a WEEK! I just can't believe it. I've been dying to stay at WL for the longest time, and now I am getting a lengthy stay out of it as well. Yippee for me!

Thanks for letting me share. Now if only my training was going as well...
