What would be the best time to make an ADR to see Wishes if it is at 10?

Hello,

If you want a good table with a view, I would shoot for 8:00 or 8:15. That way, you can wait until a good table opens up. We usually take almost two hours for dinner there anyway, so this time frame usually works good for us.
