Looking through some of the posts I have a couple of questions. What is the Happiest Celebration On Earth! abd when does it go to? Also what is the MNSSHP? (did I spell that right?) and where do you get tickets for it? Finally, how do you book your trip, as a package, separte, through an agent or something like expedia? Thanks

Hi Iam not even close to an expert but MNSSHP stands for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party Info below:
o! Don't be afraid. The screams you hear are squeals of delight, not fright. Disney fantasy and Halloween fun come together on select nights from September 15 through October 31 for a one-of-a-kind celebration.

Seize this rare opportunity to visit the Magic Kingdom® in costume, and trick-or-treat for candy and goodies with your favorite Disney Characters, all in their finest Halloween outfits. With special Halloween entertainment, this party is no trick — it's a real treat.

Event Highlights:

The expanded Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade — better than ever with the new "Goofy's Candy Factory" finale!
Trick-or-treating throughout Magic Kingdom® Park at numerous locations.
Happy HalloWishes fireworks spectacular — where the Disney Villains go trick-or-treating in the sky!
Characters decked out in their favorite costumes — so wear your's too.
The most popular Magic Kingdom® attractions.

:cheer2:

The Happiest Celebration on Earth is Walt Disney World's celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. The festivities wind down on Sept. 30, 2006 after 17 months of celebrations.

I would book your trip separately through WDW itself. It is very easy to do.

When booking you can add your tickets and dining plan if you want. Be sure to ask for the CAA/AAA discount if it is available on your room etc.

Hey MillbrookMom....we are having a DISmeet in Peterborough on Sunday June 11 (see other thread on this forum). We would love to have you and your family there...we are QUITE friendly :grouphug: ...well, maybe not that friendly :teeth: ...but we do talk a lot about WDW and we have enough experienced Disneynuts to answer all your questions (including very experienced Disney Halloweeners)..........of course, this site can do the same, but a DIS meet is so much more personal and gives you a chance to see the faces behind the computer names :surfweb:

...hope you can make it

Here's a question that I think I know the answer for already.... but maybe I don't. :smooth:
If you are staying on site do you still have to pay for the MNSSHP celebration?
