Get a wheelchair 
I've had achilles tendonitis/plantar fascitis/myofascial pain/central sensitisation since I was 13 and gave into a wheelchair in 2007, when I was 19. They're at the stage of 'managing it' now, unfortunately. But, a wheelchair is my godsend in Disney. I refused to get one initially (blame my teenagerish sense of pride) and was literally carried back to the hotel by my brother and mom after only 2 hours, because I was in too much pain.
Other than that, I live in Skechers and wear those or Reeboks to the parks
