Calling all cub scout parents past and present

Our cub mobile race is coming up in November. We have never paticipated in this event and I am having trouble locating info on car specs, etc. This is not the small pinewood derby but the big cubmobiles that the boys actually ride in. Went to our local scout shop today and they said there wasn't anything in the books about regulations etc but I should be able to find it on line. Haven't found anything yet.

Anybody know where to look or have any info on this?
