We are going to WDW for Thanksgiving and staying in a 2 bedroom at BWV. I was wondering if anyone has pictures of BWV or advice for staying at the boardwalk? Thanks and hope to hear from ya'll!!!

Oh, I'm so jealous! We stayed in a 2-bdr BW view in Dec 05 and it was so wonderful! I am hoping to get back there next Christmas. The decorations are amazing and the atmosphere is fun! If you are in a BW view, you can go out on your balcony and watch the Epcot fireworks - breathtaking view! We loved getting coffee and danish from the bakery and sitting out by the lake in the morning. And it's so nice being within walking distance of Epcot/MGM. You'll have a wonderul time!

I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed it so much. Can you or anyone else tell me about the drawer space? We like to unpack everything. There will be 8 of us total. How many closets and where to hang clothes? Thanks!!

We stayed at BWV in April and loved it. I wasn't sure that we would because it is quite spread out but we did. We overlooked the entrance and it was really quiet and peaceful. We had a nice sunrise in the morning. We also loved the Boardwalk in the evening and we watched the fireworks from EPCOT. We enjoyed the pool and the shops. It is a short walk to EPCOT and a nice walk to DHS (MGM). The boat ride is really nice and relaxing but can take a while at certain times of the day.

There should be 4 drawers in teh 2nd bedroom and 4 in the master bedroom. The closets are pretty good size.

Have a great trip and enjoy the BWV!!

We'll be there at that time too DISMOM. We are staying in a 1 bdrm. villa at BWV. We're from Louisiana. We have stayed at the BWI before and loved it and are so excited about our Thanksgiving trip to the BWV.

BWV two bedroom villas are all lock off rooms. In other words, a one bedroom is connected to a studio. So there will be two entrances to your villa. You will have one king bed in the master bedroom, one queen sleeper sofa in the living room, one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa in the second bedroom.

The BWV is one of our favorites. If you hadn't thought of it, it is very convenient to order groceries from an online service to be delivered to you. It seems to be a long walk to grab a bite, especially a snack or breakfast so these are handy items to have in the room. Also, don't forget some DVDs for any down time.

We prefer walking to Epcot and DS, as the boats seem to take forever. The walk to DS is particularly good for an energetic child who needs to burn some steam!!

The Boardwalk at night is beautiful and romantic and the street performers are very entertaining. You will love it there! Have a great trip.

Thank you all for the info/advice. We are very excited about our trip :cheer2: and it is great to hear how much you all enjoy the Boardwalk!
