Hi all. i will be checking into a one bedroom at Wyndham Bonnet Creek in February and had a few questions i was hoping people could help me out with

1.) are the pools heated for "winter" swimming?

2.) any good suggestions about room location/ room requests?

3.) has any one had any luck with a room upgrade? do you request before you check in or at check in?

4.) i've been looking for menus for the hotel restaurants and can't seem to find any.

1) Pools are heated

2) What amenities do you want to be closest to? When you check in, ask the person what is available and they will tell you what options they have.

3) This is not a Disney resort with 20 different room categories that spawns upgradeitis. There are only two, deluxe and presidential. When you rent the reservation, you will be renting either a presidential or a deluxe room.

4) They have burgers, sandwiches and pizza, but the resort does not yet have a full-service sit-down restaurant.
