Calling All 8/19/06 Special Western Cruisers! AKA "The Cruisin' Castaways" Part 2

Sue: neighbor. Glad we will be able to meet before cruise. Was wondering what the time difference is for you? If it's 6:00 pm here what time is it where you are? I am wondering about the jet lag for you.

Tina--here is a reduced size photo for the 2006 Cruisin' Castaway T-shirt design

I have all the transfers printed off of those who requested t-shirts so far. I'm just waiting to hear back from Ed if he wants his names added to his family's shirts, all the other name transfers have also been printed out. The men will have their names above a picture of Mickey, and the ladies will have their names above a picture on Minnie on the front. The large logo design will go on the back of the shirts.

Hazel and I are meeting Bev this Saturday at noon and will be hand delivering Bev's t-shirt to her at the Disney Store in the Deptford Mall. I guess you could say we are having a pre-pre cruise DISmeet, LOL!!! I told Bev if she had time, we could even have a bite to eat at the mall.

Andy: I didn't know it was the same design as magnet. Cool ! If this is going to be same shirt for cruise next year..........down the road I will get Chuck one also. I was looking at the link in your Sig. and there is alot of nice things in there that I want. We used to have a Disney store near me but they closed it down. Have fun on Saturday and take pictures. So now that you are hand delivering these...........when are you coming to NY? Upstate that is.

Yea, I decided I liked this new design much better then the one I put on the CafePress website. Hazel and I are going to have our shirts on Saturday so Bev will be able to spot us easier, LOL!!! After all, we are meeting in front of the Disney Store, then heading for lunch at Ruby Tuesday. I will try and remember to take my camera with me, look for photos later on Saturday if I do!!!

Hi everyone-thanks for the warm welcomes! I forgot to mention the ages of my dd's- Jordan will be 13 and Jenna will be 10 at time of sailing. I am sure they are looking forward to meeting some new friends.

Andy I sent you a pm, re the shirts.

Well my laptop could use some PD, It has a large crack down the center, luckly this machine has a s vidio jack, Im using a 13 inch lat screen tv as a monitor until a new screen is arrives,

Only problem screen is a fuzzy lol

Has to use 800 by 600 resolution to be able to make out words.

We're baaacckkk!
Jon & I had fun in the woods - exhausted though. Came home to grocery shop and do a few loads of work before heading to work the next 3 days - you know all that catch up stuff.
On the way home we drove past Hampton Beach. Stopped at the hotel we're staying at in 16days (this time for a wk). One of the staff recognized us. He'll be really confused when he doesnt see us again until July 21st. Took Jon to lunch at Master McGrath's right across the street. We're now getting excited for that trip.

We'll be in Disney in 39days!
Andy - No problem using the logo? We had a bunch of tshirts (lime green of course and light blue) on our "To be a kid again" cruise in 03. Only used the 3 circles though so no problem w/the logo. will you be bringing tshirts to Trails End?

Bev--PLEASE don't rush it, LOL!!!

I've got 14 t-shirts to get ready, I was able to get ALL the transfers printed off tonight, tomorrow night I start to iron on the transfers to the t-shirts. BTW Bev, I know at least Hazel and I will be wearing our t-shirts on Saturday, so you'll know who we are, when you see us standing outside the Disney Store, LOL!!!

I went to our local disney store in the mall and had a laugh

The boarded up front of the store indicated it had closed, Then a sign next to it indicated coming soon,

A disney store in this location.

You think the childern place could have renovated the store without having to close it. No notice at all,
one day it was there , next it was gone.

Being the perfectionist that I am when it comes to my t-shirt designs, I went to bed last night not feeling satisfied with the nametag logo I had printed off, so I got up this morning, jumped on the computer, and came up with this new design that will go in the upper left hand corner on the front of the 2006 Cruisin' Castaway t-shirts.
