How are all of you doing?

I'm enjoying my last few days at home before I have to return to work on Monday. It's crazy, for the last three nights, I'm been dreaming that I have been back at work already, I think I need to start thinking about the 11 vacation days I still have left for this year, LOL!!!


Glad to hear you had a nice trip to WDW Terry. And yes it's nice to be somewhere warm, when it is sn*wing back home!!!

Hi Guys

Hope you are all well, I have been so busy in work at the moment, this is a very busy time for me. Yesterday I was up in Scotland for the day and flew home last night.

Have been to open evening tonight with Vicki at college to see what her options are for next year after she leaves school.

She has decided to do a multimedia full time 2 year course at college, which will cover all her best subjects, Photography, Web Design, Art and Graphic Design. She must achieve 4 GCSE exam results with grades of between A*-C to be accepted, so she is studing very hard right now.

The exams will be held in May of next year, and they have a "mock run" in December which should give us a good idea of how she will perform, So fingers crossed.

Bev - Vicki will only be 16 when we go, so I have no advice im afraid, but if he gets too bored he can always help out with the new hairdressing job you have.

My co-worker just dropped off the meter book that I will be reading on Monday. Yep, it's back to reality for me, LOL!!!

I've got to get ready to drop Angelina off at school, then come home and get ready for work myself. Oh boy, here we go again!!!

Tomorrow I see the doc about my knee,
Its the same one I reputured the qaud tendon back in 1998.

Last week I had a hard time climbing stairs and raising it getting in and out of cars. Oh cource today its much better and tomorrow I expect it will be back to normal. This has been the case on and off for the last 7 years

Today went quite well, a lot better than I even expected. I was able to get a whole meter book (135 homes) finished and got started on the next one. I only had a little trouble getting up off the ground after reading the curb meters. NO PROBLEMS with going up and down stairs, and I had a lot of basements to go in and out of today. I have off tomorrow for Election Day, I can go in if I want for overtime, but I'll see how I feel in the morning before making that decision!!!

Hello from Sunny VIRGINIA .. its so nice here...MAKES me think of the cruise...Went to Virginia Beach yesterday and it was so nice.. not as nice as COZUMEL or... THE WAVE POOL WE HAD ON DECK AT TEH ADULT POOL ...lol

I have to go back home tomorrow however.. and I miss the kids too.. Jaclyn gave blood today for the first time.. and the school let her talk to me on the cell phone during it all.. She did great.. Now you have to all know.,.. She is deathly afraid of needles from a previous illness as youngster... But she did great...

How many more weeks till the cruise?? Did you guys hear about the PIRATEERTING taking over that cruise ship near AFRICA??? Can you guys imagine all the husbands to protect us on our CRUISE?? come on guy are you up to IT???lol

DH and I have decided to stay over in Florida the day we get off the ship. We're undecided; not sure if we'll choose a Disney resort, the Hard Rock Hotel, or someplace else. For those of you doing the same, where are you staying?

We might go up and stay a few days at my mom's (our place) after the cruise, haven't really thought that far ahead just yet.

I had a chance to sleep in this morning since I have off for Election Day. I did wake up at 5:15 but talked myself into going back to sleep. The next thing I know Angelina's alarm starting buzzing at 6:00. She set it last night before going to bed because she wanted to go to our community center RiverWinds and workout this morning. So, that's where she is right now, but I know when she gets home, she'll probably head straight for bed for a while. It's Jersey Week, she has the rest of the week off from school.

Just arrived home from Best Buy. I had enough Reward Zone certificates to purchase "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" and "Christmas with the Kranks." We also picked up another movie as a Christmas gift for Angelina. Not bad, three DVD movies for about $18.00!!!

Angelina wants to watch "Charlie" so I'm signing off now for a while.

We're thinking about the same thing, but not sure where yet. I don't want to get off the ship & rush right home. That just sounds too depressing. Maybe head back to the World, but we're already planning that for Christmas & the end of June. Not that I can ever get enough! We're hoping to do Vero a few days before & then head to the Radisson on Friday. Maybe we'll do the Holiday Inn Cocoa Beach, since my kids really liked the pirate ship pool there & I loved the bar on the beach.

Hi Guys

Just thought I would pop on and show my face, still very very busy with work, and this holiday cant come around fast enough.

We have an extra 5 nights before our flight home after the cruise and Vicki and I are staying at The Swan. I am really looking forward to it.

Hope you are all keeping well, well its 11.20pm here and I better get some shut eye.

Im sorry I havent been around much, but after Christmas I am sure things will calm down a bit in work and I will "see" you more often.
