Yes, relaxing here watching the British Open and waiting for my darling wife to arrive back home from her shopping trip to Kmart and Best Buy. Angelina is off with her best friend Trish, they went to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Trish is a huge Johnny Depp fan.

This has been a very nice afternoon, Tiger just won the British Open, and here I am playing with my new toy!!!

My new toy you ask, you did ask right???

Hazel just arrived home from Best Buy with a new lap top computer for me. I'm laying on the living room floor having a BLAST checking the DISboards and my other messages. What is so nice is that I'm working off my cable router!!! This lap top is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much nicer then my old lap top. I can even burn CD's and DVD's with this lap top once I learn how, LOL!!!

Well I have finished 3 loads of ironing whilst in the Gardan listining to some music, I am as roasted as a Christmas Turkey.

You got that right Ed, I'm sitting here on the sofa with my knees propped up reading e-mails and surfing the DIS, I sure can get spoiled liked this. This is the life!!!

I'm all set now, Hazel just brought me a glass of iced tea!!!

We are having some nasty thunderstorms going through our area right now.

We have been having a really big thunderstorm here for the last 3 hours. It's been pouring but it's the thunder and lightening that scares me. What a way to spend the weekend.

Another "very early" morning for me, woke up about 4am with one of those "chill going down the back of your neck" dreams, so I decided to stay up for a while. So, I thought I'd pop on here and say good morning to y'all!!!

Is it Wed night yet?! Ive had enough of this work week already! Being short staffed isnt fun but they'll get their turns. I still have three wks summer vacation time coming - ahhhhhhhhh
Until Wed night I'll just keep taking deep breaths. Im ready to sit by a pool with a good book and not think about anything but where we're going for dinner!

I'm trying to get my teenage DD out of bed and get ready for her oral surgery this morning. Do you know how hard it is trying to get a teenager out of bed at 6:30 in the morning during their summer vacation, it's not fun, LOL!!!

We have to leave here within the hour, and DD still wants to get a shower. She's quite nervous about this, so the oral surgeon gave us a valium tablet for her to take just before we leave the house, by the end of the day, I think her mom and dad might need a valium tablet, LOL!!!

All is going well with the patient, we arrived home about 30 minutes ago and now have the patient situated on the living room sofa. Angelina did quite well with the surgery. Mom and dad are now breathing better knowing we have her home safe and sound!!!
