Terry: I am soooo sorry you have to cancel too! If you don't need the deposit maybe you could hold off canceling for a while to see if things change. Wish you the best!

Terry - I'm really sorry to hear that you might have to cancel this cruise. It's over a year away. Hopefully things will work out and you can still go. If you don't have to cancel yet, maybe by waiting something will work out. :sad1:

Andy - sorry to hear about the accident but glad you weren't hurt.

Doreen - my son learned to drive on my T&C mini van. I took him out and he took lessons from AAA and classroom instruction there too. He's also driven my SUV and is a good driver. I was terrified when I used to take him out to practice. He's had his license 2 1/2 years; has his own car; and is a tremendous help to me. He takes DD Lindsay to school for me; takes my mom on errands and doctor's appointments; and yes I still worry when he's out until he comes in. I understand how you feel.

Hi to everyone else that I didn't mention. Gotta go to school in a few minutes. We're having a test tonight.

Andy - I know that feeling. Glad that everybody is ok.

Everyone else - I will try to get back on soon. I do try to catch up every few days but my work is moving and we have had dance recitals and tomorrow is Kindergarten musical. It seems like there isn't a minute in the day. Hope all is well with everyone else and welcome to all of our new members. We are on the 5th floor and have main seating. Will be DH, DD(8), DS(6), MIL, SIL, and myself.

I have pictures from my last two cruises (one Wonder & one Carnival Glory) but I need to email you to be able to see them. If anyone wants to see them just PM me with your email and I will send an invitation.

OMG! Its Wed morn! I get to talk to the principal in about 1/2hr from now - Wish me luck - Im hoping I can keep my mouth shut -
Ive seen my kid come home w/bruises, called school and nothing has happened. Now we've been on both ends of this situation.

Terry - I believe we have until sometime next June (75 days ahead) to get full deposit returned - full balance due June 5th

Im hoping to hang on until that time - if a big expense comes up btwn now & then maybe we should cancel but Im gonna try hanging on as long as possible

im back - sitting here w/a coffee relaxing before heading to work
There were apologies all around - after principal sent jon back to class she told me "this is my first time meeting him, we meet the troublemakers all the time, he seems like a good kid"
then on the way out of the bldg I ran into Tyler & his mom - both were apologizing to me - told them jon was punished yesterday and hopefully the boys can make up and be friends again - feel better now

Glad everything worked out ok.

Hope everyone is doing ok. I got into work early today, but need to leave for a visit to the dentist. (Only a cleaning today), Then if Im lucky one more visit next week and then I'm over for a while.

Andy- Jon & both go to the dentist next three days after we return from WDW this Aug
Jon's annual doctors apt is the day before we leave (Im hoping I can extend my sick time that day and pack!)

Yea, I just love my every six month check-ups and cleanings at the dentist, NOT!!! :rotfl2:

I never went to the dentist in my life until the age of 24, that's when I started working for the township and got dental insurance, since getting the insurance, I've gone every six months for the past 26 years. Well, somtimes more when the dentist finds a cavity, or worse yet, I need a root canal done. :scared1:
