Called MS & had to go on wait list....

I called MS yesterday at 9am for a Aug. 17th ressie at AKV Kidani standard view 1 bedroom. It wasn't available so I was put on the wait list. At around 3:30 I checked the DVC members site, and there was my ressie! That is the fastest a wait list has ever gone through for me!
I never thought it could happen so quickly!
We are so excited because we just love it there and can't wait to spend 8 days relaxing and enjoying the resort!!!

That is amazing! Sure wish my waitlist would come through. I am currently booked for OKW for 8 nights in May. But I have been on the waitlist for BCV for over a month now. I tried booking day by day. But the only days open weren't consecutive. I will be happy with OKW. But since we are only planning a couple days in the parks, it would be great to have SAB for the non-park days.

I do have to say that I have never had a wait list not come through so for those of you waiting, don't give up!

wow, congratulations. I am waiting for my 1st day wait list to come through for March for AK so we do not need to change resorts.

Congrats. After waitlisiting 3 times I have never had one come through. I'm hoping to get my 2 days at BLT for our March trip, but it's not looking too good.

I was on a waitlist for a value 1 bedroom at AKL jambo house for aug 6-12 and the waitlist came in about 1 hour after I called. now that was quick...

My guess is that it was actually avaiable but there are new glitches in the system that are not showing full invnetory and making it available for booking. Once they "cleared" the waitlist filled.

I was waitlisted for a 1 BR at VB next August - came through today.
