Called CRO to see if I had a code

Attached to my name and WOW:scared: I felt like a 5 year old being reprimanded. I could tell she was irritated by my request to check. I was told I'd know if I did because I would have received a postcard or email. I told her I didn't and just wanted to check (since I was calling anyway to add a night to our reservation) and I know some of you did have a code w/pin # attached to your names and found out by calling.
Well, needless to say I didn't have a code and that's okay. Maybe something will be offered to general public for time we go and if not.....oh well. We're STILL going:woohoo: and staying 1 night longer then planned :)
 
I felt the same way when I called and the CM acted very similar. We didn't have a code either, but w/the AAA discount, we're still saving a little and going to have a GREAT vacation!!!!
 
Bad day or not, the CM's do not need to be rude. I too am waiting for a code or something legitimate I can use. GOOD LUCK to us!

Well, it wasn't your fault -- you can however, thank those on the boards that kept telling everyone WITHOUT A PIN to keep calling back, keep calling back, until you find a CM *willing* to give you a PIN/CODE to get the discount.

Even without a discount, you'll still have a great trip! :thumbsup2
