Call Minnie van for someone without app

My mom is coming to Disney for a day or two but staying at a different hotel. My mom does not have the Lyft app on her phone. Can I call and pay for a Minnie van for her even if I am not in the Minnie Van with her? Can I call her one from her hotel to get to ours?

No. The app is required. You can call a cab

If shes staying onsite, there's vlikely no need to call a cab. Ust walk out the front of the resort and, if there aren't cabs right out there, Bell Services can wave one over.

Or you can load the Lyft app on her phone and set up an account.

Or you can order her a Minnie Van from your phone by changing (and confirming before you complete the request) the pickup address.
