MIL has enlisted my help and your expertise to help plan this trip for this family trip. Right now the plan in to check in on 4th and stay until the 8th. MIL really wants a 3 bedroom suite at Grand Californian plus a separate room since the suite won't fit everyone. Most of the family has been to Disneyland multiple times so this isn't a 'do everything' trip or a 'once in a lifetime' trip.

That being said I will really need your help in how to:
A.) Making sure I get a 3 bedroom suite at Grand for 4th ( we will be using a military discount if that makes a difference)
B.) How to organize things for a group this large.

I read somewhere that rates come out towards the End of August, is this right? I know I will need to be on the phone as soon as rates come out for 2017.

Any advice is welcome

Here are the offer details for this year. There's a limit of 5 people per room and 2 rooms for the offer. I'm not sure it applies to suites. You may want to enlist a travel agent to make sure they book it when the window opens.

You could also consider renting points for a 3-bedroom Grand Villa.

A Grand Villa is much larger than a 3 bedroom suite, but unfortunately will be quite difficult to book for a holiday.
