California Screamin' at DCA stopped right after the loop after a guests bag from the ride fell onto the ride track and stopped the train.

I know people are always so mad that parks other than Disney require bags and loose articles be put in lockers prior to boarding, but this is why. If someone were to be hurt, the park would be to blame.
