My son lives in LA. We are planning to go to DL together. Is there any problem if he buys our tickets along with his ( at the California discount). ?

No. He is allowed to buy them and give them to you, most especially if he is going to the parks with you. What he is NOT allowed to do is sell them to you.

I will say though that I'm not sure what California Resident tickets you're referring to? Sometimes they have SoCal specials (not CA specials), but they aren't offering any currently. All they have right now is SoCal AP's, and in that case, no, you cannot use those if you are not a SoCal resident.

Ok so if he buys all of the tickets we can use them. He will be going into the parks with us. He is a SoCal resident so I was referring to those tickets. Occasionally there are special promos just for those tickets. I think the regular price for them is still cheaper than what an out -of- towner would pay. So good to know! Thanks!

Also this trip is not until Sept. 2013 so there may be a promo then. Will have to watch!
