California Grill - Vegetarian Options

Has anybody ever dined at the California Grill as a vegetarian? I'm going this Friday with my girlfriend who is vegetarian. I know there are a good number of options for vegetarian options at the restaurant already (which is one reason I picked it). I was just looking for a first hand account. Has anybody tried the "Vegetarian Unplugged" entree option?

On a related note, we both love sushi but obviously she cannot eat fish. I'm thinking of asking if they could do up a vegetable roll. Has anybody asked for this? Did it come out nice? Was it tasty?

I don't eat any meat and ate there twice. I forget what I had the first time, but I remember it was very good. I had the cheese ravioli as an appetizer. The second time I ate there, they made a vegetable lasagna which was just about inedible. It was so bad. So I guess it depends what they have on their vegetarian menu for the night. The entrees change, but I don't know how often. Watching the fireworks from the balcony was awesome!! Have fun!!
