California Grill New Years Eve 2021???

I have been trying since 5:45am this morning to either get something to come up online, or get someone to pick up the phone with no luck. I could understand if I just missed getting a reservation, but they don't even seem to have loaded New Years Eve in the system for the California Grill.

Do anyone have any idea why a single restaurant would just not be loaded? I can't find any mention of a special event. Even if there were one though, would it wipe out the entire day's covers?

They haven’t officially announced NYE dinners and events yet. CG currently doesn’t have any hours listed for 12/31, so I believe they’re holding back ADRs until they announce the special event. I’d keep checking and set up a TP alert so you know when they release reservations. I also think they’re holding back NYE ADRs for lunch and dinner at Epcot until they announce those special menus.

This isn’t terribly uncommon. Last year, they also held back NYE reservations for some signatures (like CG) until they decided whether or not they would do a special event (they didn’t). I’m sure they will do them this year, but they’ve got to figure out the details.
