California Grill Brunch at the Top-12:55 ADR?

Edit: Just thought of something-are my park clothes going to be a problem? I's probably wear capris and a nice(ish) top.

Park clothes won't be a problem. We went from there to MK that day.

They won't be closing it up. Consider people that get there at 12:30. It takes at least an hour or more to do the meal justice.

Thanks! The plan is to rope drop MK and head over to the Contemporary 12:30(ish). I have a feeling I’ll need a nap after brunch

Hi there! Any chance you are going THIS Sunday? We have a 12:40 reservation for the brunch this Sunday.... it would be awesome to meet a fellow “Disboarder”! As far as dressing for the brunch, this will be our second time there.... just like all Signature type restaurants in Disney, the attire truly does vary. I think because of the time of day, Park attire would be fine. We saw both dressy and casual folks. For us, we are going to the brunch on our arrival travel day, so I am also struggling for what to wear.... at this moment I am between a maxi skirt and top, and capris and cute top. We would like to hit Magic Kingdom before the brunch, so we want to be comfy, yet “cute”.

I'm not going until later in May. It"s nice to hear from a repeat visitor. I'll have to choose between my Tiffins ADR and the brunch and am still a bit on the fence.

We just did this brunch on Sunday and it was our favorite meal of the trip, and has now been requested to be fit in to any trip possible by my husband who isn't usually a brunch person. I noticed that people were MUCH less dressed up at brunch than I have seen for dinner. Most men were in shorts and T-shirts, the women seemed to be slightly more dressed up, but still what I would call park clothes, lots of people were wearing sneakers.

If you do the brunch you could always have some small plates at Nomad Lounge if you get hungry at AK, we enjoyed our meal at Tiffins, but we prefer Nomad lounge and usually just eat there at AK.

I'm moving stuff around-was so pleased that I had no problem changing my MK FPs! I love Nomad and AK is my favorite park for QS so I'm thinking brunch is on

I have this booked in Sept for 10:10 am on the day we check into VGF which we dont have any park plans until 4 pm for MNSSHP so I am so looking forward to this! We will be driving over from the Dolphin check into VGF. Not sure if we will take monorail over since Valet parking is included with this (might as well take advantage maybe) but I do love the monorail..lol Anyway I figured after we eat we would just relax around the pool at GF until we get ready around 3 and meet with family to hop on the monorail to head to MK for MNSSHP! Sounds like the perfect day to me...sigh....lol

That sounds so nice and relaxing! I've been moving stuff around like crazy all morning. My ADR is for the day I move to WDW from my hotel near SeaWorld. Right now it's check in at ASMu, hit EMH at the Studios then Brunch at the Top followed by MK and the fireworks Dessert Party. I'm going to be busy! Think I'll put the Studios on the maybe, if I feel like it basis.
