I waited too long to book a dinner reservation (October) for CG and there was no availibilty. Is it possible to just go to the bar and order from there? Do I need a ressie to do that? Thanks for any help!:goodvibes

You can ask the cast members on the second floor check in area if it would be ok to try to eat in the CG lounge, since there were no ADR's available. Are you dining alone? You should be ok if that's the case.

A lot depends on what time you want to go up. They will let you up if there is room, but anywhere near fireworks time and ALL the seats at the bar and small lounge are taken. And once taken, nobody moves until the fireworks are over.

I just made reservations for this weekend a few minutes ago. It is a very last minute trip, booked sunday, leave today, and I have called every day for different restaurant reservations, always hearing "we're booked, sorry." I wasn't even going to call today, but I just did, and lo and behold, all my #1 choices had openings. Call back at random and don't stop calling just even if it is just days before the date you want your ressie. That is when people cancel, is my guess. Good luck!
