It is not yet approved for construction. They are still moving through community approval in Anaheim. if approved, it won't start build until late this year (Q4) or after.
I think this dollars per point is low; I imagine more like $220? But I also think they can’t put that point chart on it, it has to be fewer points than VGC and those points charts wouldn’t represent really any savings over a cash room, ever. I would put it closer to like a BLT chart.
I think here, If they’re going to make it more expensive they’re going to do it with dollars per point, not a more abusive points chart.

That's what I'm thinking too. I would love a smaller resale contract at the GC, but I know that probably won't ever happen. So, I might find a way to like the Disneyland Hotel...
