California Coast cruise 5 night 5/17-23 anyone going?? reviews appreciated

Thanks for letting me know! Did you find a preference for which side to be on? Wondering if the afternoon sun then vs morning was a factor? Did you enjoy the cruise?

Loved the cruise, but really spent very little time on the verandah. We were Port side, so coming down the coast had the sunrise, if I had to do it over, would do port side going up and starboard going down so I could enjoy the sunset.

I booked port hoping to see the coast but that failed.

We did this cruise several years ago - and took the bus to the Walt Disney Family Museum. We are on this cruise this year as well (16 days and counting!)

When checking out the San Francisco Transit trip planning - they kept linking to Google Maps. So to get your bus schedule (we will by a Day transit pass - might cost more than individual trip tickets - but gives flexibility). There are a couple of route that go into the Presido, and the shorter bus ride involves longer walking - but not a big deal.

So looking forward to this cruise!! Have Fun - We Will!!

Oh Yea I forgot to say that Ghiradelli is THE place for Lunch --- Skip the "real" food and try one of their AWESOME Sunday's!! And some bread from Boudin's (Fisherman's Wharf) . This is the real deal - so you can skip DCA.
