Currently, I have a 9:30 Priority Seating (through GF concierge) for Monday, July 26th at California Grill, so we can watch the fireworks (10:00) from the restaurant.

Is 9:30 enough time for us to be seated with drinks and appetizers before the show, or should I switch the PS to 9:00?

Should be.
THo once on a Saturday nite we waited an hour to be seated.
But all other times at CG we've been seated w/i 15 minutes (or less) of our PS time.

The CG just before fireworks is an absolute zoo!!!! Many people will just linger over coffee and desserts just so they can see Wishes. I was so frazzled at this dinner that I would never plan a dinner around the fireworks again at CG! We were 4 adults and the noise and chaos just wasn't worth the view. After the fireworks were over the restaurant cleared out and the experience was so much nicer. The stress levels of the bar staff and wait staff went way down. Personally I would watch Wishes from someplace else and then have a nice relaxing meal.

Being a concierge guest..you shouldn't have any wait to speak of, I wouldn't worry. They will be ready for you.

Shouldn't the noise and such..extra people have died down now with the new rules. I sure hope so..we have a PS to give CA grill another chance mid july.

what new rules? I went in October and unless things have changed significantly I would not go back during the fireworks. Being a concierge guest does not give you permission to make someone leave a table. People are glued to those tables just before wishes. They can not forcibly make people give up the table, even for a concierge guest. A priority seating is a priority seating regardless if you are concierge guest.

I would suggest slightly earlier especially if you want a table by the window. If wishes is at 10:00 ....try making a ps for around 8:45. That way...you can wait for a window seat if you wish.
