Cake/champagne

Having ceremony on beach terrace at swan and dolphin,having cake and champagne for guests ( 5) while photo's are taken.How did you get any cake/ drink back to your hotel .We are staying at AKL.Will wedding planner/coordinator arrange this or do we have to do it

Usually the staff boxes up the cake and then you transport it yourself.
