Cake at Swan and dolphin?

We'll be celebrating my husband's birthday at Il Mulino next week and inquired with the Swan hotel about a celebration cake. They informed me they do offer cakes but they're only mousse cakes. Has anyone ordered a cake from them before? It seems I can only pick one flavor- not sure If that's the mousse or the cake flavor!
