Has anyone arranged to have something from Disney Florist and a Cake from in-house bakery to be delivered at the same time to your room (such as your first day/night)?
For instance, was thinking of maybe getting a chocolate Mickey head cake and a welcome basket from Disney Florist to be delivered to our room at the Poly on our first day there (while we’re out to dinner) as a surprise welcome to the family; but, wondering how this would work? Do I set-up the two different orders (via cake line and Disney florist) and then contact the hotel that I would like both delivered to our room together while we’re away?
Would love to hear if anyone has done anything similar to this!

1) Synchronizing is going to be tough.
2) Delivery is by two different sets of people.
3) It would be best to have them delivered while you are at the parks.
4) At least they both *should* be there when you return.

NOTE: No alcohol can be delivered unless you are there to accept it.

I got a gift baskets from the Disney Florist a few weeks ago and the kids loved it. You have to order the cake and basket individually

Is there a link to ordering cakes? DD's birthday was a week ago and we leave tomorrow, this could be a late B-Day cake since we told her we would celebrate at Disney.

From my understanding, cakes have to be ordered through the Disney cake line (407-827-2253), then you select the prompts according to which resort (restaurant) you want it delivered to, then you are directed to the appropraite person to take your order.
