We have our next trip planned for the end of June :cool1: and plan to eat at Cafe Orleans around 7 or 8. What are everyones thoughts on sitting inside vs. outside?

I like to sit outside, inside is a little crowded and small for my liking. Plus I usually have DGD1 with me and she can get a little lowd(ETA:loud and rowdy combo word lol) herself.:goodvibes
I like to people watch too and watch the Mark Twain go by on the ROA :thumbsup2

Another vote for outside. Inside is kind of cramped, and you miss out on the "New Orleans veranda at night" atmosphere that way. There's just something about dining outside by candlelight!

Be sure to try the gumbo & the Mickey beignets when you're there!

Unless it is too hot or too cold, OUTSIDE!:thumbsup2

Outside. I love the sights and sounds of New Orleans Square! For me it's better than the Blue Bayou!

Like everyone said, Outside is the best. Especially if you can get a nice table close to the outside railing and be able to people watch and soak up all the atmosphere. Don't miss the Gumbo and Pomme Frits.

Depends on the weather, I guess. I prefer outside but obviously would choose inside if it was cold or raining, or sweltering hot. An evening in June? Definitely outside! Inside is pretty small, cramped, and noisy.

Oh outside outside outside! :thumbsup2 It is so great to watch the happy people going by and the atmosphere is terrific outside.

Another vote for the outside except when it is freezing/raining...then definitely the inside :thumbsup2
