Cafe Mickey booking for re-opening?

Hi all. Does anyone have a confirmed date that Cafe Mickey is reopening? I believe it was meant to be October. If so do you know if we can make reservations yet & if so how do you do it as can’t see it on the Disneyland Paris app ? Many thanks for any help.

I can't find any information about it not being open. Only that it is dinner only and there are no characters due to covid measures.
All other restaurants operated by Disney can be booked via the app, except this one, by the looks of it. I would try to call.
