Hi

We are planning our first trip to Disney for (hopefully) this November. I would like to know if there is a better "loop" to stay on for cabins. Also any info about the transportation would be welcome! We are also considering Port Orleans Riverside....so if anyone has an info on that hotel I'd appreciate any that anyone has!

Thanks
Sheryl H

Not much IMO unless you are walking everywhere, then it would pay not to be in the middle of a loop since the buses dont go into the loops.

We stayed in 2500 and it was great. Next door to the pool and laundry and at a bus stop. It's one of the smallest loops, too, so being in the middle isn't bad.

The cabins are a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our last stay so much we're returning again this year. Here's a link to a map of FW: http://www.wdwinfo.com/resortmaps/fortwilderness.htm The cabins are in loops 2100 through 2800. Some like the 2100 loop since it is closer to the Meadows Trading Post, main pool, & campfire singalong. Others prefer to be closer to the cabins pool (2500, 2600). We were in 2400 last time, and it was about a 3 minute walk to the cabins pool. Obviously, we enjoyed it since we are returning this year.

Have a great time at FW!
