What type of amenities do they supply in the cabins? eg: soaps, shampoo etc. I just want to know if I need to drag soap along from Canada or not.

Hi

They provide all that but I found that the water really did havoc on my hair! So that the two in one type shampoo just did not cut it!

If you like a special shampoo and/or type of conidioner, bring it! If you are not fussy what they provide is fine!

Hope this helps.

I have always used theirs and have never had a problem-but then I have pretty easy hair I used their hairdryer too. If you are particular bring your own if not theirs is just fine.

Their soap is just fine, but everyone is my family hates their shampoo. Somehow it just doesn't seem to celan our hair very well, just like the shampoo at Disney World. I always bring my own shampoo and conditioner as well as my own blowdryer.

They have bar soap, but it's kind of messy around the sink. We brought a bottle of liquid hand soap. Next time we'll bring two, one for each sink in the split bathroom.

Bring you own shampoo and conditioner....what they give you is horrible! It leaves your hair like straw! The soap is fine but as far as the shampoo and conditioner, bring what you like.

I have very sensitive skin and hair, and have had no problems with the soap or shampoo. I guess it's an individual thing!

It must be Beth! I actually LIKE their shampoo it smells nice and leaves my hair clean and soft-but as I said I have very manageable hair. I LOVE the lotion (Minney's cucumber lotion) it smells great and absorbs right in.. I love it so much that if it were for sale I would buy it for at home! As for the soap, I have VERY sensitive skin many soaps will give me a rash but this one must be hypo allegenic because it never bothered me at all!
Of course I am one of the three people on this earth that actually like the hairdryer too (plenty strong to style my short hair,, I just let it air dry some then blow it and use a curling iron)so go figure

LOL....you are not the only one.. we all found it worked just fine, no need to pack our own...just another thing to lug on that we didn't need.

I plan on taking my own hairdryer on my next cruise. If you do any styling while drying, you won't like theirs. But I'm wondering if I'll need an extension cord. I can't remember where the outlets are.

you can plug things in by the big mirror in the sitting area, where the desk and tv are. I plugged my curling iron in there and used that mirror, it worked fine. (we were Cat. 5 and cat. 6's each time)

Bar Soap
Two in one shampoo
Lotion
Our cabin steward did not replace these constantly. I am sure you could have gotten more- but it was not like some of the hotels where you come home with tons of little soaps and shampoos.
