cabin 5520 Magic

Anyone stayed in this one? We booked it for a future cruise but didn't get a chance to see the inside of it while we were on our Thanksgiving cruise last week. Thanks for help!

We've been on 5520 on the Wonder. The location is fabulous, the area is very quiet (i.e. very little hall traffic). The porthole view is minimally obstructed.

We loved this room!

The only negative I've heard about 5020 and 5520 is they don't have the steamer trunks, which give extra storage. It just wasn't an issue for us at all.

Hi: We were in 5520 on the 9/18/04 Magic and loved the location. I knew we would not have a steamer trunk in the stateroom, but it was not an issue for us. Jan

We've been in that room for 4 times. My husband won't sail unless we get it. It is a perfect location.

do any of you have any pics of how much the porthole is obstructed? i've seen the pic on castaway club, but that one seems like its trying to point out the obstruction, not the actual view.
