Cabana rentals/poolside patio rentals only by phone?

So apparently cabana rentals start 60 days out right now. Can you only rent them by calling? That will be the same day as ADR’s start and I am wondering how to coordinate. I guess I could do ADR’s online since they start an hour earlier and then call at 7am for the cabana.

Typically, anything considered a "VIP" experience is available only by phone. And brace yourself: there can be a 30-90 minute wait by phone.

FYI: Blizzard Beach has cabana rental as well.

I have actually been calling just to confirm that the little extras are still included with cabanas, so I can update some of my resort boards, and both times I called I was on hold for over one hour before I hung up! This was last week. I have not called back yet.

I’ve been trying to get through for three days to see about a cabana rental for one day during my stay. Each time I’m on hold for over 2 hours before I give up. Is that the only phone number for the cabana rentals? I know sometimes people have better luck calling other numbers for things.

I don't know about an alternate phone number, but are you able to call when they open the lines at 7am ET? I called the regular number at 7:05am yesterday (I meant to set myself an alarm for 7 and forgot, but thankfully remembered only a few minutes late) and waited only 15 minutes to talk with the CM and book a cabana.

I wish you could book online. I want to get a cabana at Typhoon Lagoon in July, and my 60 days out is going to be stressful enough already trying to ADRs...because of course DD14 wants Space 220. What else would she want.
