Cab situation at hotels near Orlando airport?

So I think we're going to stay at an Orlando airport area hotel and take a private shuttle into PC the next morning. Since the hotel will pick us up from the airport, I was wondering what the cab situation was like near the hotel. I need to grab some wine and beer before we set sail and we won't have a car to do this. Right now the cost of a rental car is ridiculous, but that is with pricing it now for December 2017.

Cabs should be readily available at your hotel near airport. The front desk should be able to help you get a cab.....but, don't rely on current car rental prices for December of 2017. I would almost guarantee the prices will come down between now and then. Keep pricing out your itinerary.

I often book something and then go back several times and reprice and 9 times out of 10 the prices goes down.

I have been booking pretty regularly through Costco (if you have a membership) and found their prices average lower than plugging in different codes. Costco prices include all the taxes upfront so you actually see what you are paying.

You could also use a car service. We've found those to be pretty reasonable options.
