cab from lake buena vista hotel to airport

My husband is driving down to Orlando in about 10 days with my daughter who will be in the CP. I am looking at him flying out of MCO at 9:20 AM (she is keeping the car) so he would have to be at MCO at 7:30. He was going to stay at the Hampton Inn closest to Disney because he has points there.
In all honesty I don't want my daughter's "baptism by fire" in Orlando traffic to be taking him to the airport and then getting back to check in to the college program by 9AM. How much should he budget to get a cab from that area?

Might it not actually be almost a wash if your DH stayed at an all-star resort instead of using his points? He'd be able to take DME back to the airport at no cost instead of having to worry about a taxi...

Thanks for the tip! I booked All Star Movies them and that way my husband can take ME to the airport, although he opted for a later flight so he can get my daughter's car packed up and see her off on her way to the college program housing!
