cab fare from airport las vegas

HI does anyone know how much it is to Venetian from Mcclarren airport there will be 5 people we were quoted $12 per person round trip by shuttle from travel agent is this better than taxi for 5 its $60 for 2 adults 3 kids thanks

We were there two years ago and it cost us $15 with tip for a taxi for 2 from the airport to MGM. I can't imagine it would be more than $20. I don't know if you could fit 5 in a cab, though. You might need 2.

Taxi will be around 20 (last time I took one from McCarren to Harrahs it was less than that with tip), the problem is that you have to wait for a larger taxi regular cars only seat 4, but they do have five passenger vans which are the same price, the shuttles aren't bad you just have to wait for them to fill. There are always a ton of taxies so I'd just go out and request a van taxi you'd be around 40 bucks maybe a few bucks more with tip round trip.

We paid $19 plus tip for a cab to Caesar's from the airport. So I would say around $25 plus tip. We went in December so it was just a few months ago. They also have limos at the airport for $45.

We go to the Flamingo area and Venetian is a bit further - but I would guess anywhere between $20 and $35 plus tip. But to fit 5 you need to find a 'van' taxi - they won't let you with the regular car types (at least not when we've tried).

We find that for 2+ people - cabs usually end up cheaper overall.

I stayed at the Venetian a few months ago and cab fares were a bit higher than the last visit there. Still, it was not quite $25, before tip. The airport and bellhops will make sure to get you a cab that will fit 5.
