CAA Dollars-can I use them to buy Disney gift cards in CAA stores??

Aloha my fellow Canadian Dis'ers

I am wondering if any of you know if I can use my CAA dollars to purchase Disney gift cards in CAA stores? I know a few years back I exchanged a whack of Petro Points into CAA dollars and bought in store a Universal Studios one day ticket but I only have $25 CAA dollars and I was thinking I might be able to buy a Disney gift card or something similar. Any one know for sure?

I've never seen Gift Cards at CAA only Disney tickets to the parks.
