C6 pinched nerve

Hello, I was diagnosed with a pinched C6 nerve. I did the anti-imflam, pain meds, phys. therapy and chiropractor. The therapy really helped but insurance only authorized 12 visits. The results lasted for about 6 weeks after therapy ended. I am still doing the stretching and exercises but wondering if I should try to get more therapy authorized. Does anyone have anything that helped without therapy (or surgery)? I am not in a lot of pain, more problems with the muscles between spine and shoulder blade up to the neck. Hope someone has a miracle cure! haha Thanks, Dawn
