Bzz Agents-Do we all have Bzz Agent "Jono"?

Hi there,
I just received another email from "Jono", at Bzz Agent, approving my report. I'm curious...do you think "Jono" is a code name for a bunch of people, or do you think it's a real person?

Do you have any other names that you communicate with?

I got an approved from someone else one time. I don't remember who it was, but I was surprised when I didn't see Juno's name.

Jono is Jonathan O Toole = one of the big wigs at Bzz Agent.

I don't think all the generic emails come "specifically" from him, but it may just be a generic email account with his name on it. The emails are usually follow up emails, survey emails, etc...

Back in the old days (we're talking maybe four years ago) the bzzagent employee used to sign the comments to the reports. At least in the last few years, I havent seen any signature on any of my comments.

I can't remember if any of my bzzreports had JonO's signature though.

They are signed Jono on teh UK version too. Turned out not to be so good when it launched over here. They have only done 3 product samples here in the year I have been registered.
