We are planning to spend the day at the BWV pool.

What did you do for lunch, assuming you are in your bathing suit and not eating in your room?

Does Leaping Horse Libations also sell food?

Boardwalk Bakery also has sandwiches if someone doesn't mind walking down there to get them. :)

Or you could send someone to the pizza/calzone take out window at what used to be Spoodles...assuming they still offer that.

Unfortunately, BWV doesn't have a good counter service option handy to the pools, as my wife and daughters have reminded me from time to time.

You also have the Boardwalk to go kiosk on the boardwalk.

My husband and I could split a chicken salad wrap from "Leaping Horse" and it was plenty of food! As many have said you can take a short stroll to the BW and have a few more options (pizza/calzones, sandwiches at the Bakery).
