BWV Standard View??

Does anyone have any pictures of what the standard view at BWV looks like?

Would ultimately love the preferred but may not be able to get it for my timeframe. Was wondering what the standard is like?

You are much more likely to get preferred view than standard ANY time at BWV. The standard view will mostly be of the "back" entrance where the buses and limos pull up and the garden areas looking out toward the parking lots. Some of the standard views will also face the end of the building overlooking the walkway to DHS. Some have even had a view of fireworks from standard view.

By "preferred" you may actually be thinking of Boardwalk views. They are a special booking category and they go fast. At different times of the year there may be a race between the standard view and the Boardwalk views as far as which go first. The rest are "preferred" that cost the same as Boardwalk views, but with views of gardens, pools or maybe the Village Green.

Thanks for explanation about what a standard view is because I couldn't explain it to my DW when she asked. We are 2 weeks out from our first trip. Our ressies are for a 1 br standard view for 2 nights and then move over to a 1 br boardwalk view for the last 3 nights. I'd rather stay in one room for the whole 5 nights but it doesn't look like it will happen. Although, a fireworks view of any kind from a standard view room would be a nice bonus!

I'm with you on this. My standard views have always been great. I've had several rooms where we could see the higher Illuminations fireworks. The last trip our room was at the end of one of the long hallways but we had a view of the ToT and the tennis courts.
