BWV Room Request

What is the best way to request a room location at BWV? Through Member Services, calling the Front Desk ahead of time, or at check-in?

The best way is to have MS put it on your reservation. Room requests are supposed to be prioritized by date of reservation, so if it's not on your reservation they may not count it. Waiting until check-in isn't a good idea because BW usually pre-assigns rooms.
