I just had back surgery 2 weeks ago and leave for our April trip in 4 weeks. While I'm feeling on the road to recovery, I was a little concerned about our trip. I've gotten an OK from the doctor and know I will have to pass on lots of things, and am OK with that. I called and talked to MS about a room location and they put a medical request on my reservation for either a first floor room or room near an elevator. I have a studio/standard booked. Since I really don't know the layout, which would be the better choice if I have to choose when checking in? Normally I wouldn't care and would zip up and down the stairs, but that's not going to happen this trip. I will get further instructions from my doctor, but pretty much see alot of pool relaxing, eating, and lots of drinking on this trip. I don't plan to use a wheelchair, as I am mobile at the 2 week mark, and am hoping that I get an OK soon to start picking up the pace in my walking routine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
(I can't do that)
