BWV Renting Out Points Help

Greetings:
I have 139 BWV points that need to be used by Sept 30th 2008.
Is it difficult to rent out points? I'm reading sample contracts at the moment.
Never had the need to rent them before as we always used them all, and then some.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated and will earn you an extra
measure of pixie dust !!!!

Are you unable to bank these points? If that's an option, I would choose that route. If not, I know lots of folks have rented successfully. You are doing the right thing by looking at the sample contracts first and learning about it before you go forward.

The points had been banked already so they must be used
by 9-30-08 or pfffffft !

Sometimes renting is easy, other times it can be tough. Remember you are dealing with people.
