BWV Question

I just put an offer in on BWV, it was kind of spur of the moment and I haven't researched anything yet. We should close in March. It is an April use year, what are the odds i will be able to get in before school is out? I am not picky about times, any Sunday thru Thursday will do. I just don't want to tell the kids and get them excited if we won't get in for months and months. i only want a one bedroom and would stay at another resort if I had to. What are my odds? Thanks!!

If you are flexible with your dates and resort you should be able to secure a reservation at one of the DVC resorts this summer. Good luck!

Have you passed ROFR yet? I am assuming since you put an offer in that you are buying resale. If your close in March and the contract is not stripped of points you should be able to get something in one of the DVC resorts. Are you planning on April vacation time?

I haven't passed yet, but Scott said it should pass, it was a little high. I'll probably get a few other smaller ones to go with it, it was mostly stripped. Only 8 points available in 4/08. But I can borrow a few from next year while I wait for another contract I want, right?
